What you get
Start with one process
Pick the work that eats your team’s time: incoming requests, recurring reports,
document intake. Describe it, assemble agents around it, look at the result.
Widen the scope once you see the approach working in your company.
Control
Every agent has a role and a set of permissions. Actions land in a log, and
steps with consequences wait for a person to confirm them. You decide where an
agent runs on its own and where it stops for review.
Security and isolation
Agents run in a separate environment. Access to your systems is granted by you,
per task, and withdrawn the same way.
Economics you can read
Cost comes from agent runs and is visible per process. That lets you compare it
with the cost of the same work done by hand and decide on your own numbers.
How it works
It usually comes down to one question: who is accountable when an agent gets it
wrong. Rosary OS is built around review. An agent prepares the result, a person
accepts it or sends it back. Checkpoints are configurable: sometimes a
notification after the fact is enough, sometimes a manager signs off before
anything reaches the customer.
You can start without rebuilding your infrastructure. The platform plugs into
what you already run: mail, trackers, databases, internal services. Access is
limited to the systems a given agent team actually needs.
Example scenario
One agent collects incoming requests from the site and mailbox, normalises
them, flags duplicates and hands the manager a card with a draft reply. The
manager sends it. This illustrates how a process is split up; it is not a
description of a deployment at a named company.
